The service is normal, everything else is beyond words. Moreover, I was traveling to Bishkek, a bus full of foreign tourists and such trash. The toilet is actually from a horror movie.

Позор администрации вокзала, акиму Алматы и Ауезовского района за ужасное состояние здания, территории вокруг Автовокзала.Междугородние автобусы садят людей за пределами вокзала, антисанитария и мусор везде, грязь, плевки, бычки, вонючие таксисты на альфардах которые стоят по Толе би в 3 ряда, которые исправляют нужду в бутылки и забивают все арыки.Очень обидно что так обгадили территорию вокруг автовокзала, никто не работает, везде бардак. Надо строить автовокзалы за пределами границы города, чтоб не портить внешний облик столицы.

Вокзал хороший, все удобно и мест хватает чтобы ждать свой рейс и не душно, так же в нем есть что купить пока ждешь. Чисто и культурно, всегда обьявляют рейсы по времени так что не пропустишь свой рейс, в кассе очередь не большая. Все отлично мне понравилось.

Для неискушенного путешественника местный колорит может оказаться пугающим: таксисты, всячески пытающиеся убедить туристов в необходимости их услуг(в 2023 когда есть приложения для вызова такси), порой даже весьма нахальным образом. Толе Би, простирающаяся перед выходом из автовокзала напомнила индийские дороги, с полнейшим отсутствием правил(дорогу уступают на пешеходных переходах). Порадовала честность местных жителей, которым если помогаешь, то и тебе платят той же монетой, общение дружелюбное.
Когда подошло время проходить на стоянку автобусов для последующей посадки, оказалось необходимым купить дополнительно билеты на багаж(в Астане такого не было), стоимость оказалась небольшая ~2000т, но сюрприз неприятный.

На Сайране очень отлично работает справочная служба, женщина по имени Зауре всё четко и ясно объяснила, я даже поражаюсь как она по памяти знает все расписания, во сколько выезжает и во сколько приезжает автобусы, знает все расстояния до городов. Была непонятная ситуация с потерей билета, так она всё быстро и четко решила. Побольше бы таких работников как эта женщина Зауре в сфере обслуживания населения.

Главный автовокзал Алматы. Отсюда идут автобусы и по Казахстану и за рубеж. Есть нормальный зал ожидания, кассы, окна информации. Помните, что можно уехать не только на прямом автобусе, но и идущем через нужный вам город. На вокзале можно поесть.

Уровень советского союза перед распадом. И даже хуже. Туалеты на вокзале платные для всех. Мыла нет, крючков для сумок нет, в кабинке не запереться. Цена запредельная.
Диктор сам себе там чего то шепчет. Не слышно, кто приезжает, кто уезжает, у кого посадка. Вообщем ужас ужасный …

Автовокзал расширили и сейчас много места. В принципе маршруты по Казахстану и Кыргызстан (в г. Бишкек, г. Токмак) транспорт можно найти. Есть рейсовые маршруты в самом вокзале, также возле вокзала много частных извочкиков и попуток, с которыми можно договорится по поездке. Также эти же извочкики и попутки пишут в приложении InDriver.
