I do not recommend this flower shop. A year ago I ordered a beautiful bouquet, but today's situation shocked me. I ordered a bouquet for my mother (the first two photos as an example to the florist), the florist immediately demanded payment, but in fact I don't even see what I have to pay for, because maybe I won't like the bouquet and I'll ask for changes. I wrote that, like a year ago, I would pay via paysend (foreign transfer) - here the florist had already begun to show her disrespect, because in her opinion I WAS OBLIGED to tell her about the payment method IN the FIRST PLACE. I repeat, at that time I had not yet received a photo of the bouquet, i.e. I have to pay for the wind. This individual refused to pay via paysend, citing fictitious tax checks. My friend paid with a RB card, I immediately sent a payment confirmation and ... the florist disappeared for 4 hours without responding to my messages. Then this madam deigned to unsubscribe to me and said that they would only send the bouquet now. My mother, after receiving the bouquet, did not even take away who it was from at first, since there was no card with a wish and the name of the sender. I called my mom and she said that the bouquet looks beautiful, but the carnations in the bouquet are rotten (sent me a photo) I sent the same photo to the florist with a question: Is this what fresh flowers look like? After my question, this lady started sending me voicemails and said the following things: 1. These are not rotten flowers, this is the kind of carnation that I like to work with (and it doesn't matter to her that the client didn't want carnations, she's a florist, she sees it that way)
2. She chooses the client, not the client chooses the florist, and if I have a complaint against her, I need to look for another florist (I realized this from the first disrespectful message)
3. She said that she wanted to pick up her bouquet and would somehow give me the money (a great situation is to come to my mother on her birthday and pick up the bouquet)
4. You sent me a photo where there were carnations (I sent 2 photos as an example, but none of them have carnations, also rotten)
As soon as I wrote that I wanted to receive a receipt for the service, this person blocked me everywhere, leaving my mother with rotten flowers. The third photo and the following are of her beautiful fresh flowers.
