Maps says they open at 9 but in fact they open at 9:30 and yet you have to wait a lifetime for the bare minimum operation, unacceptable!!! I’ve been waiting for more than half an hour

Sberbank is cheating people with their cards. They called me and offered to open a card, promising that it would be completely free — without service fees. But in fact, the commission is deducted every month. I don't recommend it. In my experience, it is one of the worst banks in Belarus.

The problem did not appear yesterday, when withdrawing money from the card at the bank's cash desk, the cashier always kindly informs that the cash is in.Russian rubles are loaded at an ATM at the station, in fact, out of five trips there, the ATM did not work once, the second time it was possible to withdraw 20 or 30k, 3 times there are no rubles, I don't even spend time going there anymore. One star for the fact that at least after standing in line at the branch, you can withdraw money.

Terrible customer service at the bank branch in Vitebsk on Lenin Street!!!!! There was a queue waiting for 15 minutes at checkout 9, in which there was no one in the queue, not a single person, when they were called, I was also waiting at the checkout for the end of the conversation on the phone of cashier Alesya Bodrova with her girlfriend or mother (judging by the intonation and style of conversation). From this we can conclude that the client is not a priority for this bank!!!!!!

I used priorbank, mtb, and Belarusbank, but when I block the ZERO card 2 months ago, and the subscription fee is CHARGED anyway, this is certainly the first time I've had this. The funny thing is that the employee did not warn about this when opening the account. He refuses to pay according to the details provided by me - it is forbidden :)) You need to give a six-digit state payment code, which is not available in the banking directory system. But the only employee got up from behind her window and went outside with me to point her finger in the direction where to go to the neighboring bank, where they know the details. The queue followed us in amazement with the corresponding texts in the back.

I had to order another one. They opened a new account, but they did not say that the old account should be closed. I thought once they took the card, it means that the account is automatically closed. But no. The following month, the abon was removed. card maintenance fee… the one that is no longer there.
