I visited this bank only a couple of times - I immediately got a negative impression :
1. An extremely inconvenient way to issue a card: run from one office to another , from cash desk to cash desk; form , pay , check , activate - all in different places.
2. A terribly made app
3. Inability to open multiple accounts on the card.
4. The inability to deposit money in foreign currency through an ATM.
5. Expensive service, no free cards, and in general, probably the most greedy bank that can be.
6. Employees openly impose paid services from above. The girl threatened that the banking would be hacked if we didn 't get paid insurance . It seems that the bank itself is doing this .
7. An empty compartment , and you have to wait for 15 minutes in an invisible queue.
And these are only the most basic unpleasant details ..
Of the advantages, only the politeness of most employees, whom it is still a pity to run into because of all the ugliness.
I regretted very much that I became a client of this bank (namely, because of the half percent lower commission for transfers )
