I came to open a debit card. I took the ticket. There were three jobs, one was occupied, I waited ten minutes, they had a nice conversation with each other, and then they called the number after me, then the next one, spat on such a service and left. The employees are not customer-oriented, the service is terrible, there is no consultant.

I issued a savings card a couple of months ago, and now I only regret that I didn't do it sooner. Everything turned out to be incredibly convenient. I just applied online, the card was delivered directly to my home, and activation took less than a minute. I really like that points are awarded under the loyalty program. Thank you. I buy groceries, pay for utilities, even in cafes now I prefer to pay with a savings card. It turns out that the points accumulate quickly, and I don't spend them right away, but use them for other purchases. Special thanks to the call center employee, once there was a question about notifications and she helped to connect and told how to manage the card through the mobile application. Everything is clear, without intrusive suggestions. Sber is really customer-oriented, and you can feel it.
