SberBank is one of the most inconvenient and expensive banks I've ever encountered. Sberbank's mobile application (Sber Online) is unstable: regular crashes, lags, incomprehensible logic, the feeling that many functions are made “for show" and not for people. In the process of using it, errors constantly pop up, which cause you to waste time and nerves. Sberbank's support service is a separate issue. I have contacted you many times: I have written letters, called, chatted in the application, described bugs and specific problems in detail. The bottom line is that there is essentially no reaction. Either the answers are formal, or the recommendations do not correspond to reality, because the bank has updated the application, and support continues to give instructions on the old version. It seems that employees themselves do not use the application and do not check how it works for customers. The result is a lot of wasted time, zero efficiency, and a feeling of complete indifference to the quality of service. If a stable application, adequate technical support and normal customer service are important to you, I would not recommend contacting Sberbank.
