After waiting a couple of minutes for her turn (by the way, I was the only one in it), she came up to me and asked me what my question was. When I received the answer, I said that as soon as specialist #4 was free, I would be called immediately. It was nice that the staff respected my time, and the department's management organizes and controls the work of employees so that visitors wait in line no longer than necessary.
