There is no worse bank than BPS-Sberbank. I transferred money from another bank to the BPS card, they did not come and neither the technical support nor the operators did not answer where my money was. A receipt came from another bank that the payment was made successfully, but there is no transfer to the BPS and they simply do not know where the money is.
