I am a client of this bank and regularly encounter problems when trying to deposit cash through an ATM located at this address. This is not the first time. The ATM is constantly malfunctioning: either it is not fully functional for depositing funds, or, most inconveniently, it refuses to accept banknotes in denominations of 100 rubles. At the same time, the bills are not damaged, dirty or dilapidated. As a result, I cannot perform the operation I need and have to look for ways to change money from strangers, which creates significant inconvenience and takes up time. The meaning of installing an ATM that does not perform its main function is unclear. I ask you to take urgent measures to repair or replace this ATM, as well as check it for servicing banknotes of all denominations in circulation.
