Через тридцать минут сотрудник соизволил подойти. Необходимо было спросить как оформить карту. Ответ сотрудники занял 25 секунд. Очередь по талону так и не подошла. Пять человек обслужили по картам, подошедших позже. Бардак какой-то устроили искусственно.
