I might have been very unlucky… I had to transfer a bigger amount of money and it was a little bit complicated for me, because my Russian is very basic. A rather unfriendly woman behind the desk checked it. She said I had to pay a commission for it. As it was absurdly high, I declined. Later I asked a friend and he could make the transfer from the app for a few hundreds ₽ commission. Ten times less! I cannot believe, that the woman at the desk didn’t know about this option.

Отличный офис Сбербанка на улице Хамовнический Вал. Очень удобное расположение, легко добраться на общественном транспорте. Внутри офиса чисто, светло и просторно. Сотрудники вежливые и компетентные, всегда готовы помочь. Обслуживание быстрое, очередей практически нет. В целом, очень доволен этим офисом Сбербанка, рекомендую!
