I might have been very unlucky… I had to transfer a bigger amount of money and it was a little bit complicated for me, because my Russian is very basic. A rather unfriendly woman behind the desk checked it. She said I had to pay a commission for it. As it was absurdly high, I declined. Later I asked a friend and he could make the transfer from the app for a few hundreds ₽ commission. Ten times less! I cannot believe, that the woman at the desk didn’t know about this option.

Надо было продлить сертификат ЭЦП. Все сделали бед вопросов, хотя я даже не клиент Сбера. Менеджер Динара очень вежливая, доброжелательная. Мне не нужны новые банковские продукты, но именно в это отделение и к этому менеджеру хочется вернуться и открыть вклад, кредитную карту и еще и колонку купить. Вот такое должно быть продвижение услуг - грамотной работой менеджеров, к которым хочется вернуться. Была очень приятно удивлена! Сильно рекомендую это отделение!
