Wonderful staff .they helped set an account up and a Simcard for a phone I only spoke english and had a friend to help and staff were patient and professional as well as being very friendly

Отличный банк и сотрудника. Приезжала с мамой (79 лет). Обычно она всегда волнуется. Но в этом отделе сбербанка сотрудники очень внимательные и квалифицированные. Спасибо за работу.

Сотрудник по имени Карина, очень отвратительная женщина. Я подошла к рабочему месту, она сидит в телефоне, на меня ноль внимания. Когда завершила диалог в телефоне, отказалась меня обслуживать и перенаправила к другому сотруднику. Примите меры пожалуйста.
