Можно конечно сказать, банк как банк. Бываю хоть и редко, как и в других банках, но здесь почему-то как-то всё просто, быстро и без навязываний, без назойливости! Правда момент (для меня вообще не критичный) - я ни разу на ресепшене не встречал сотрудницу. Может её там не должно быть, только стойка с талонами...? Всё чётенько, молодцы!
