in my job as a private security guard, which I started on 14.03.2025, my employment contract was terminated unfairly and without justification by the employer on 01.09.2025. My dismissal was made a few days before I completed the period of about 6 months from the moment of my entry into the job, in order not to pay severance and other rights to me. This situation is contrary to the provisions of the Labor Law No. 4857 on job security and workers' rights. It is also the case that salaries were not paid on time during the time I worked, they were often deposited late.
