We have been guests of this hotel for many years. But over the years, the service has deteriorated. There are no kettles in many rooms, dust, and cooking has become worse in the hotel restaurant. This time I had to pay 15 euros extra for early check-in - this has never happened! They argued that we had booked through booking.com - but it was like that before, and they didn't demand money. They also did not add points to the Scandic friends card, they did not give discount coupons to the restaurant - again, based on the new rules
