I decided to save time, I turned to the Rakovsky kirmash. The girl does not know how to work at all. I printed 10 leaves of the pattern, it is unclear why the scale was set. As a result, when I brought the pattern home, I realized that it was smaller than the original, the entire print went into the trash. It's a pity for the time spent. I will never go there again in my life and I do not advise everyone.

I photocopied the training manual, offered to unpin it and make a copy in the form of a brochure. It's a great idea, but there's no execution. On the photocopy, the staples were not centered, but more shifted to one side. But the worst thing was done with the original. They could not properly fasten it back, the staples were removed several times, the inner sheets at the place where the staples were attached were just in the dust. I asked to redo the cover altogether, since they did not get into the previous places of the brackets, shifted the fold, completely ruined the appearance. But they included reprinting the covers in the price, they didn't get lost here. The girl did it, did not explain anything, did not apologize. The staff itself is not polite. Neither hello, nor goodbye. They took the order in silence, did it, and named the cost of the work.
