I ordered a bouquet. They ruined the surprise. The bouquet is not at all like in the picture. (Terrible, saggy). The service is at zero. Instead of apologizing, there are a lot of excuses. The delivery was also ruined. Instead of delivering my surprise, they called the recipient and told them to come by themselves. They don't say hello, and the attitude towards the client is terrible. I hope their business collapses soon. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. I attach a photo of the bouquet in the picture and in reality.

I am sure that on Sunday evening there are not a lot of customers in this store in order to hang the sign "Technical break of 15 minutes", which was hanging there, as I understand it, all day))) We came to this store to buy flowers, we see the sign and wait for 20-25 minutes, we understand that no one is going to open and we knock. A young girl comes out with a face like we don't want to go to the store to make a profit, but go to her house without asking. The service is at zero.
