The flight was delayed for 3 hours, they say they can't handle the plane because of the wind, I look out the window, 6 planes were handled and left. Korobl's staff is not sociable, they do not introduce themselves, Korobl's commander does not communicate with people and does not keep them informed.
They only gave me a drink of water) it's even funny, apparently they have frequent problems with airplanes, but they still transport people, I advise you not to fly with this company anymore.
The seats are not comfortable, the 5th point of sitting is sick.
They hide the problem of the plane from the passengers.

Skat is an airline, a company with a low level of service, where they do not know or are unfamiliar with the very concept of customer orientation. The dispatcher at the check-in is something, a boorish attitude towards customers, forgery, deception, refusal to check in baggage, lies, all this is Scat Airline. I don't recommend it.
