How reverently he treats his students, I would like to personally shake his hand!), I also want to say about Svetlana Nikolaevna Martynova, they know and do their job perfectly, responsive and good people. But as for the downside in their team, I would like to mention Zhanna Kalievna Ismakova, self-esteem is just sky high, but the quality of her education is literally 0. Zhanna Kalievna may understand her subject herself, maybe even perfectly, but it doesn't matter if she, being a teacher, does not know how to convey her thoughts to children. I would also like to mention Tatiana Alexandrovna Garbochenko, who does not know how to control herself, and the situation is exactly the same as with Zhanna Kalievna, but perhaps she is a little worse, since she can safely afford to shout and "imperceptible" (of course, only she thinks so) insults at students. I would also like to mention the teacher of Kazakh language and literature, Akmaral Kenzhibekovna. She pretends to be kind and quiet, but in fact she underestimates students very much, gives excellent grades and is good only to those who like her. Even if you work all year, even if you get good grades for Sora and Sochi, you will see only 3 in your final results. She also builds up her own criteria for evaluation, if you don't say at least 5 words in one sentence, then that's it, it "doesn't count" It's just clownish. Exactly, how could I forget, I also want to say about the grades on the exams for this year, literally everyone who studied for 3 can try or even perfectly prepare for the exams, but still get 3 because the teachers wanted it so much, honestly, I'm shocked by such arrogance. Let's return to Tatiana Alexandrovna Garbochenko, despite all the disadvantages that I have listed, there is the same situation as with exams, for some reason the teacher decided that she could independently give grades to students. For example, I know that about 10 people from grades 9 and 8 saw Tatiana Alexandrovna independently reduce their scores for sora and Sochi on the day of the quarter grades, but those who did not even have enough for 3 and who had the same answers on the control remained with the same percentages and points. I also want to mention the dining room, I haven't been there personally, but according to the students, the prices there are a nightmare... I understand that there is inflation in the country, everything is getting more expensive, but to earn money on children and their nutrition, which is directly related to health? Awful. I just remembered about another star of this school, Almagul Zhumagalievna. As it turned out, this woman only works with girls, but what wonderful methods she has for checking girls' menstruation.. I remember that this person told the girls about 10 years ago or more, to show her a used gasket or not to believe it. Also, for some reason, the woman does not like that students can be exempted from physical education, although I absolutely do not understand how this should concern the teacher if the student has a signed and not fake certificate, by the way, she also loves to give offensive nicknames to children and insult them directly. I don't understand how the school could allow this person to be left as a teacher after such unacceptable behavior. I can also tell you about another Tatiana Alexandrovna no Ovchenko, a teacher of labor for girls. The woman is already old, but at first glance a closed woman manages to squeeze out such screams at poor children, as if she has some kind of demon or siren. Precisely! Another ultra star in this school, but a primary school teacher, Oksana Aleksandrovna Aprelova. It seems like a primary school teacher should know that you need to be gentle and calm with children, especially with their fragile psyche. But she is also distinguished by her inadequacy and aggression, as well as insanely angry when children do not complete her individual tasks, which do not affect their knowledge and grades in any way. In general, I'm glad that I was able to tell you all the horrors and nightmares that children have to go through at this school (maybe I didn't tell you about everyone, these are the only ones I could find out about). I hope these problems will be solved, although knowing how many years all unbalanced teachers have been in the team, it's hard to believe..
