Not a school, but a place where people with broken minds are gathered. Teachers, head teachers and the headmaster have gone. Good teachers could be counted on the fingers of one hand, now even they have quit. Everything is forgiven to some, nothing to others. The attitude of teachers towards students is disgusting, only a few treat students well, and even then not all of them. They dig up every little thing in a school uniform, it's not so wrong. the head teacher, whose face is plastered harder than all the walls and ceilings of this school combined, tried to erase the "shadows" from the girl who was not wearing makeup at all. Anything can be disliked in appearance, from socks to a haircut. When explaining that there is no resolution fully regulating the appearance of students in public schools of the Republic of Uzbekistan, cries begin that this is regulated by the school charter. When asked to show this school charter, a showdown begins for the whole school, starting with calling parents and ending with trips to the Uchtepa district police department. Again, this is all selective. The favorites of teachers and directors are not included in this caste of omitted ones, you can only become a favorite by being born either in the family of teachers / head teachers / director, or by being born in the family of close friends of the same people. After the renovation, somehow the school switched to a 10-point system, allegedly became cooler, according to the European model. It would be better to hire normal teachers who, firstly, teach normally, and secondly, love children. There is a shortage of teachers, subject teachers are replaced by other teachers, who most often do not know about the subject they are replacing. Some teachers do not teach anything for whole quarters, do not give grades, and by the end of the quarter they yell that the children do not know anything and no one has grades. Thank God, money is not collected "for curtains" every week, as in some other schools. There were workers in the dining room and the food before the renovation was not bad (if you're lucky), but expensive. There's a nice girl working at the infirmary. In general, broken people break other people, the director tries to show off everything except the quality of education. In general, these problems exist in many schools in our country, but some teachers are more understanding and are specialists, and some such teachers are fleeing.
