I want to note the fact that when I corresponded with the administrator, it was written to me that the trial lesson was free, after which this message was edited and it turns out that nothing was written in the correspondence about the free lesson, that is, I was, one might say, exposed to blame. Also, when I corresponded with the administrator about signing up for a trial session, nothing was mentioned about prices. they claim that they have information with prices everywhere, but I did not find such information.

A great place to practice. There is stretching, dancing, yoga, singing, a lot of things. Concerts, both dance and vocal, are held periodically. I go there to study vocals, I really like the teacher. The negative is the prices for group training. The price tag for individual classes is loyal.

Yesterday I attended a stretching session at this dance school. The toilet is shared on the floor, there is no shower at all, subscriptions are not cheap, so this should be the default. Regarding the administrator, at the beginning the girl was quite pleasant, but after the lesson itself, she abruptly changed her mindset after learning that I wanted to pay only for a trial lesson. As for the coach, it was my first time, the technique was not explained properly: too fast, the whole lesson was conducted by outside conversations. In general, there is still work to do on customer orientation, the administrator should be able to intelligently handle objections, if the client was not satisfied with this direction, another one could be offered. There is absolutely no desire to go there again
