On 05/08/25, I went to the center to consult a urologist (I planned to have an operation at the clinic). The doctor, Nabi Nurbek Ainabekuly, came out. He escorted me to the office, when we entered the office, a girl stood in front of the door and asked if there would be a doctor's appointment, to which Nurbek said that he was not there yet, he would be later. As I realized later, it wasn't his office, but another doctor's, because all the time we were in the office, people kept coming in and asking the doctor who was seeing him, when he would be and where he was. It all ended with the fact that after 5 minutes the doctor who receives in this office came in and said - Nurbek, come on, I have people, come out. Nurbek spent a total of 6 minutes on me, including my words about the symptoms + examination. After 6 minutes, he came out, shook my hand and said, "Come for the operation," without really explaining anything. If you subtract my conversation and the time for examination from the 6-minute appointment, and the time spent with the people who came in, you will get a maximum of 2 minutes of consultation. As for me, it's very strange - a person comes 2,000 km away to you for a normal consultation and further surgery, and you give a consultation for 2 minutes, and even in the office of another doctor who also sees patients. And for all this, I paid 11,000 tng. I spent 4 days on the road and money, respectively (accommodation and food), and then this ... I left the office and went back to the reception to the girl (Kopbai Sandugash Maratkyzy) and explained the situation, said how it was possible to make a decision about surgery after such a consultation, and asked me to make an appointment with another urologist, if necessary, I can pay extra. Sandugash refused and said - if you want, pay 11,000 tng again - then I will write it down. She just shrugged her shoulders at my words and arguments and said no. I do not know how the doctors operate, I have not reached this stage, and I cannot evaluate the operations specifically. But the preliminary stages are just terrible. Of course, I didn't have surgery there. I had to go to Astana, I was at an appointment there, the doctor gave me 30 minutes, and he explained everything properly, showed me the symptoms and much more in the picture. The review is real (I wrote everything as it is) and if the management of the Scientific Center reads it, write to me and I will send you payment receipts and a conclusion if necessary.

In general, this urology center is not bad enough, it seems that doctors, given the flow, have a lot of experience in urology. I do not recommend contacting the budget department, (I heard the doctor and patient arguing, it was harsh) because they will treat it not very well. But in the paid one, it's another matter, alas, and ah, but what can you do, these are the realities. By the way, I advise you, if you want to save money and decently, then do not take the tests that they will prescribe here, especially the blood, it will cost a lot, it's better to do it in another specialized laboratory. The pharmacy inside is a relic of the USSR.
