I came to the reception in the morning to take a number to the doctor, in line 33. A girl came in front of me with a printed number 16. Later, a girl came with a handwritten number 16. (despite the fact that 5 people in the queue saw and heard how the girl with the printed number said the number 16) I have been standing in line for 2.3 hours, and like recorded people from the call center come, but for some reason not with printed numbers, but handwritten)
Why did 2 people come with number 16 at once? Why should I sit and fight with a person because the reception and the call center cannot agree and pit people against each other

Здравствуйте, В первую очередь спасибо регистратуре и колл центру (отвечают четко , верно и решат проблему , или маленькое недоразумение) Спасибо за приемлемые цены , так как сейчас все дорого к сожалению это факт , и спасибо что ходила на МРТ и оставила там цепочку с крестиком , хоть и серебряную , пришла через 2 дня всех переспросили , и мне ее отдали 🙏 благодарю
