I ordered a dishwasher here. First, I made a request on the website, after which the operator called back and accepted the order, promising that delivery would be within a month. A month passed, and without waiting for the call, I called myself, especially since the kitchen set was supposed to be delivered any day now. The company replied to me that for some reason the operator did not accept my order, although everything was agreed, down to the smallest detail. I had to place an order again and wait (at least this time it wasn't so long). I did not go to another place, because the dimensions of the machine had already been transferred to the masters and another model would not fit into the headset. Due to the delay in the delivery of the dishwasher, kitchen manufacturers had to wait for the day of installation and, accordingly, calculation. Thanks to the operator Svetlana (another operator), who accelerated the delivery to the maximum and corrected the situation.
