The first time I ordered a repair kit for a brake machine and a caliper for a Honda Dio AF27, neither one nor the other came up, nor did I write or call them. I decided to take a leap and ordered a crankshaft for a Honda Dio AF27, and how much was my surprise when the crankshaft did not fit the diameter of the cheeks into the crankcase of the engine, although everything fit the trunnions, most likely they take defective parts somewhere and sell them to people by mail. But after a while, after providing a photo report of the defective part, another crankshaft was sent. Now I'm just ordering on ozone.

I ordered the spare parts a week ago. On the same day, the status on the site is "collected and shipped". There is still no parcel. I called on the phone-the only thing an irritated voice told me was "call the post office", neither the track was told, nor at all, whether it was sent or not. XS wait, or order elsewhere.

I was passing through Gomel, made an order, received confirmation that the order was assembled and ready for delivery. I drove up to the store during business hours, but it was locked, I got through once from the 15th, they told me that I could pick it up in an hour and a half or after the holidays. I had to cancel the order and immediately order it with mail delivery. The order was delivered by the postal company, and only three of the 5 items were inside. The seller did not send any notification that the order was not complete. To my complaints, the seller replied that I buy spare parts for pennies, compared to other stores, and I still download the rights here.
As a result: time spent and delayed repairs.
