We were at the institution with three children on a day off, in the morning, so far there is no such influx. The park itself is cool, with a variety of trails. But there is a catastrophic shortage of staff. They started barking at the children while they were putting on their equipment, because the instructors had to run on. As a result, passing the tracks on the lower levels, I had to wait for the children to be unfastened, look for someone to launch onto the track. When asked where the beginning of which route was, they answered rudely, the children had to translate everything into a joke so as not to spoil their holiday. with the tracks on the upper levels, there is a difficult section on the easiest one, where three children started crying for 15 minutes, fortunately, the instructor was not far away. But when my child reached this area and was just as scared and started crying, there was no one nearby, scream- fistula. If there are such places, then probably the instructors should be there all the time. And in principle, taking into account the height, the instructor should keep track of the children... In general, the place is good, there are big questions about the number of staff.
We took unlimited time for 2 hours on all tracks, but after an hour there was nothing to do there

It's actually a great place. Before using the services, make sure that the child is not afraid of heights. We celebrated birthdays more than once and just made trips with children to this park. It happened that one of the invited children was afraid, or was too young in age - then we had to look for other entertainment and, of course, there can be no question of a refund, and unlimited costs 80 rubles. Once at a birthday party, an 11-year-old child was scared and we did not use the service, and the second time a 6-year-old child was paid unlimited and passed only the lower tracks once. So it's better to think carefully about what suits your children.
I often spend time with my 10-year-old daughter and her friends. As a rule, we spend 5-6 hours with a break for lunch and shopping. My daughter is delighted. But there is another nuance. As a rule, the instructors are very friendly and ready to help. It happens that they even communicate with children creating a friendly atmosphere, BUT 08.08.24 it was just terrible. I brought a group of children to unlimited. At the second level, the young man worked very conscientiously, sent children to different tracks, instructed. At the same time, the instructor girl at the kid level was on the phone all the time. She had to be called all the time to unfasten the child. The adult could not move away, otherwise the child would have been hanging on a leash for half an hour. With minimal employment, the park had to wait a long time. Several times I myself, having understood the principle of operation, redirected the child to another track, until the guy from the second level made a very fair remark to me and came down to help me. The girl was just doing a favor by approaching the children.
Yes, the park is cool, and in general there is no alternative to such a park... But I would like the service to be appropriate.

The youngest son went through all the lower tracks and one on the second floor. I lost it on another one, but the insurance held me back. He was immediately calmed down and helped to return back. There was a very unpleasant feeling, a sediment. We bought the child a ticket to the second floor for 14 rubles, but he was scared and cried. Not only do you need to run around and look for an employee yourself to be disconnected, but even when you ask us to return the money, since we did not use the service at all, we categorically refused! Moreover, on the phone (we talked with the girl Yana). Why should I give my money away? As a result, they wrote an application for a refund, the check is unclear where it went, I showed SMS from mobile banking, the time and amount are indicated there. But it's not the amount that matters, but in principle this attitude towards customers. In the end, we just left without receiving a refund and no one really apologized or helped resolve the issue.

The child's birthday was celebrated on 05/22/2024.We paid an additional fee.the service of taking out the cake, I did not expect this, to pay 20p in order for a young man to just put on a pirate's hat, light candles and say blow out the candles?!It's not serious at all.And we constantly had to look for instructors , and many children walked and did not pass the following tracks .The instructors also looked at them with a dissatisfied face when they were asked to send the children to another track.It feels like they came for free, but sorry 300 rubles.

We were at a friend's birthday party in the park yesterday. We passed only one lower track, then we planned to switch to another, but an ignorant employee forbade us, saying that our time was already over. 5 minutes on the track and time is up-it's something with something. The frustrated and disappointed employees left. Moreover, they are always not in place, they ran and searched the hall to unhook the insurance. Then, as it turned out, we found out from the birthday boy after, when it was too late, that we had more than an hour of time, and it was indicated on the bracelets, but of course, they didn't even check it before they brazenly kicked us off the tracks.
And the funny thing is, it was forbidden to ride on the small slides that children ride in the garden without insurance. But at least this is being monitored, and not your time on the bracelets.
The room is quite cool, you need to dress warmer.
In general, we are extremely unhappy with the place.

We constantly have to look for them in the hall to remove the insurance or let them into the next track.
They paid 45 rubles, and were charged with emotions only by a dissatisfied employee.

And the rest is all in the negative, would we come again?
Definitely not until your employees start doing their job with full dedication to children.

Детям очень понравилось. Трассы для разных возрастов и скалодром ( 3 полосы). Можно проходить по одной или комплектом. Персонал вежливый. Внутри чисто.

Отличное место для детей от 5-ти летнего возраста, хорошая трасса, есть верхний и нижний уровни, для более смелых лучше верхний, для начинающих нижний, так же есть сколодром(у меня в школе когда-то была в спортзале стена скалолазанья-кружок) дак это мне напомнило детство, стоит хотя бы раз посетить

Живём неподалёку. Часто бываем. Детям очень нравится верёвочный город. И некоторые взрослые тоже с удовольствием проходят препятствия. ))) А ещё пару лет назад отмечали здесь День рождения ребёнка в стиле пиратской вечеринки. Всё понравилось: ведущая хорошая, программа интересная и свой стол на корабле, где можно было посидеть, отдохнуть взрослым.

Все круто, только персонала маловато). Ещё можно выразить печаль по поводу нерадивых родителей, которые отправляют чадо на второй этаж канатной дороги. Дети зачастую пугаются, истерят, приходится снимать работникам. Лучше всего , проходить трассу вместе с ребенком;)

Суперское место для детей! Крутые трассы, море впечатлений.
Главный момент - безопасность. Тут реально сё продуманно так, чтобы ни одна мама не переживала)
Важный нюанс: в выходные дни очень высокая загруженность. Мы ждали час, потому что пришли без записи.
Можно прийти группой если например отмечать день рождения. Есть 2 специальные комнаты с большими столами для такого случая.
Очень круто, племяннику 10 лет и он крайне доволен посещением)

Понравилось. Есть 3 трассы для маленьких, но они интересны и разнообразны. Скалодром тоже прикольный.
Мало людей.

Рекомендую! Интересно для детей от 3 и до 18. На такое колличество посетителей очень мало инструкторов. Девочки- инструктора на разрыв и снять "зависших" И объяснить начинающим.

Детям (подростки) очень понравилось. Брали комплекс "Боцман" (3 трассы 2-ого уровня сложности)+скалодром. Трассы достаточно сложные, но интересные, есть троллей. В субботу (11.00-16.00) было людно, пришлось подождать снаряжение. Но в принципе и инструкторы откликались на просьбы, и атмосфера самого центра (много рядом кафе, закусочных, пиццерия и др.) располагала к хорошему времяпрепровождению.

Интересные трассы, но дороговато на мой взгяд. Минут 15 там для ребёнка 6 лет стоит 20р. Дополнительная трасса соответствующая доплата. Но детям очень нравится.
