The only plus is the application (which works every other time). If you are abroad, do not even hope to buy a ticket to Russia and plan a "return home". The Russian Railways system, website and application are not available from abroad! Act impromptu at the airport when there are no more railway tickets left!

The cashiers are very friendly. And there is also a Russian Railways museum at the station, a must-visit. Many thanks to Nikolai Alexandrovich for the tour. By the way, the museum is absolutely free, there is a mock-up of the Armenian railway with stations and a moving train!
