Perhaps weak technical staff or unwillingness to work at the end of the week. But that's not how professionals work. It has already happened several times that if there is no Internet at the end of the week, then no one will restore it to you on Friday and Saturday, there is no Internet on weekends, but we pay the money for a full month. After another "no Internet weekend", I think that this should not continue any further, and we need to look for another company. The subscriber is 187-20-108.
