In the new apartment, where there were no partitions or communications, everything was done turnkey: walls were erected, electrics and water were installed, finishing was done. Everything is professional and on time. It was not necessary to control every step and hang around the facility every day, it was enough to bring materials or coordinate their purchase by the employees themselves. We are enjoying our apartment with high-quality and modern renovation. Respect to the guys!

Just well done, We did: the design of the apartment project quickly and efficiently, and most importantly, we brought it to life! The quality is excellent, all the nuances down to every millimeter were executed professionally! I didn't expect there to be such a scrupulous team! We placed all communications on a small area so that a dryer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a boiler for heating got in, connected everything to a smart home, the ergonomics is simply impressive! It's just magic! Now it's freezing outside and I have + 28 on my balcony (just insulated where necessary) all the heat does not go outside, I stopped closing the door to the balcony!))) We calculated the ventilation in the rooms in the bathroom in the kitchen (I burned the frying pan and there is no smell, there is always fresh humidity in the bathroom) advised air conditioners in the rooms (they carried out proper drainage into the sewer from everyone, installed a pumping pump, soundproof) now you can not hear how the air conditioners work and you can use them for heating even at minus! In the bathroom, they were filled with epoxy fugue (like glass), no fungus or moisture due to ventilation! We installed a video intercom, made low-current wiring throughout the apartment, you can turn on the intercom on the TV and open the door from the remote control, watch the data from the water supply meter, electricity on the TV or intercom! Underfloor heating was designed and installed (calculated so that the utility bill is very small) And the most interesting thing is that they made sound insulation from sohseds so that you can't hear what they are doing there (I doubted for a long time whether it was worth it, but the result just stunned) YOU CAN'T HEAR the NEIGHBORS! The company is just a group of like-minded people with a professional approach! And yes, I forgot - they are very mandatory and executive, no downtime or delay! I am impressed with this approach! I want to say a big thank you to the company "Sculptor-bud" for the high-quality renovation of an apartment in Minsk! While I was repairing the apartment, I changed 3 contractors. The first ones did well, but the work was so slow that I thought this repair would never end. The latter were done quickly, but not efficiently. After their repair, half of the work had to be redone. As a result, after repairing one room, I parted with them. The masters from Sculptor-bud have already completed it, for which I want to thank them. Although they were delivered a week later than planned, they did everything efficiently and beautifully. Special thanks for the discount on building materials.
