The hotel is nice, the staff is polite and courteous, special thanks to Eric and Svetlana! They helped with any questions and were always helpful. The room is clean and tidy, there are breakfasts that are either included in the price or can be ordered separately - satisfying and delicious. Cleaning every day. I recommend it for booking.

I stayed at this hotel from July 8 to July 16 in room 102. I want to leave a long but honest review. I liked that you can check in even at night. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was served at the time requested. Sometimes it was at 7 a.m., sometimes at 9 a.m. Everything was fresh. These were usually fried eggs, toasters with butter, sausage, croissants, sweet pastries, tea, coffee, milk. They buy all this at the store opposite and immediately serve it on the table. They come to the room every day and take out the trash and add hygiene products. That was the end of my good moments. I didn't like it · I didn't like almost everything, I dreamed of leaving there as soon as possible. I checked in at night, so I went to bed right away, and in the morning I already saw all the flaws. 1. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned at all after the previous guests. The yellow dirty water was not flushed in the toilet. The carpet was all dirty, no one had vacuumed it. There was a glass for water in the room. So there was water left in it and it was all dirty. 2. The bathroom is in terrible condition. It smells very strongly of mold. There's mold on the walls. The shower stall is broken, so there's a curtain hanging there and water is pouring through it. Then the whole bathroom is in the water. The tap water is very weak. And sometimes I even had to wash under cold water, because there was no hot water. The plumbing is all dirty, not washed. The mirror is dirty. There is no dryer, I had to dry my clothes washed in the room on chairs. The water in the shower stall doesn't drain well, so the water in the bathroom was ankle-deep. 3. There is an ironing board on the 3rd floor, but it is broken and sometimes falls. The sole of the iron was dirty, so things had to be ironed carefully so as not to leave traces. 4. There was no closet for clothes.

A good hotel, stayed here with my husband for 3 days (from August 31 to September 3, 2024), the staff is friendly, polite, all the necessary conditions are available, the breakfasts are hearty, the rooms are cleaned every day, if you have any questions, you can always contact and the staff will always help, they will respond quickly! We stayed there for 3 nights, to be honest, we really didn't like it, the price was decent about 5 thousand rubles per night. As a result, we got towels in our hair, a leaky faucet, a room without heating and it was also a suite. On the last day of our stay, the lock in the door broke altogether. Prices are high, as in Sochi, but there is no expected service. Breakfast was also included, but NOT according to the buffet system, you just get one egg, yogurt and sausage, well, there's something else and that's it. They cook on the floor where people live and the whole smell goes into the rooms. Maybe I'm doing a bad job right now by writing this comment, but still, if Armenia wants people to go to them, make an appropriate service. The borders will be opened sooner or later anyway, and if you want them to continue to come to you, put things in order. There is still time. Thank you. Special thanks for Ararat. I added the star purely for the view of the mountain.

A good hotel, budget. Polite staff. The portions of breakfast dishes are solid, not like in many hotels in Russia. While vacationing in Armenia, I recommend the SD David hotel. Walking distance to the train station, grocery stores nearby, a few meters away.

The best hotel was chosen by me and I was not mistaken 💖the service is top-notch)the manager will always help and prompt 👍🏻he helped out many times, made concessions since the flight was at 3:55 in the morning )Thank you very much to the receptionist girl for all the tips and help, we were in Yerevan for the first time, and thank you for being with us in difficult moments. Their breakfast is a disgrace (boiled eggs and croissant), preferably without breakfast at all. There was no tea bag for the guests. They hardly understood English at the reception, they had to go downstairs for a hairdryer - it wasn't in the room. It stank in the morning as if a corpse had been tarred outside the window((( Modet, hood… One of the advantages is the proximity to the train station and the fact that they gave away forgotten things, that's all. Nearby there are semi-rural authentic shops.

Disgusting!!! The rooms are dirty, the furniture is broken, the curtains are torn off, the kitchen is completely unsanitary, the breakfast is very modest and absolutely not tasty, we booked for three days, moved out after the first night. It's a complete smelly and dirty shithole, I don't recommend this bum house to anyone!!!

The excellent location of the hotel, you can say a quiet center. Everything you need is within walking distance. If you want to go somewhere, the hospitable hosts will always explain how to get there, if necessary, they will help you call a taxi. All staff understands and speaks Russian well. Well, now in a little more detail. Armen and Aram are wonderful owners of this hotel, they respond very quickly to any adequate request, they try to make guests feel warm and cozy, at home. Is there no hair dryer in the room? Just ask and it will be. And so on any issue. Ani is the soul of the hotel, a very welcoming smiling girl. If any question arises, Ani is the person who will quickly answer, prompt, and help. Susanna is a fairy of purity! It is almost never visible, but the rooms are sooooo clean. Svetlana, her care and wonderful breakfasts. He will approach each table, offer fresh bread, make sure that the boiling water in the kettle does not run out. And of course everything is very tasty! We rested for 6 days and never had breakfast again, there was always something new. But also stable positions that have always been: sausage, cheese, vegetable slicing; boiled eggs, yoghurts)) I definitely recommend the hotel. If I happen to visit Yerevan again, I won't even consider other options. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The room stock is tired. Shower drains and sinks are clogged. We contacted the reception because of the bad smell in the toilet, they said they would come and take a look. No one came..... On the plus side: near the metro station, it is allowed to leave a suitcase after departure without extra charge.the fees, the friendly staff of the hotel, the breakfast is not bad (we met just bread with butter and cheese for breakfast in Armenia)

I was here from 02 to 07 January 2020. I liked everything! The staff is polite, trouble-free, friendly. The breakfasts are excellent. The room (lived on the 3rd floor) is clean. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, linen - all without complaints. The location is great. The center is a 20-minute walk away. By transport 5-7 min. The hotel itself "asks" for light cosmetic repairs, but all this is not critical. I will recommend it to my friends.
