There is no parking . The room is very small.dark. the queue is despite 2 employees. We couldn't send what we wanted from the products. The employee referred to some restrictions in shipping to Russia. The information for buyers of this list was not listed on the stand except for flammable substances. The attitude of the staff was not friendly. I had to go to another location.

A very unpleasant experience at the SDEC pick-up point. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The logic of the company is completely unclear: notifications about the order are sent on VKontakte, where no one checks my identity, but you cannot receive a parcel using a passport photo in an application or on paper. What kind of "privacy protection" is there then, if the order data can go to anyone on a social network, and I, the real recipient, remain without a parcel?
