A very unpleasant experience at the SDEC pick-up point. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The logic of the company is completely unclear: notifications about the order are sent on VKontakte, where no one checks my identity, but you cannot receive a parcel using a passport photo in an application or on paper. What kind of "privacy protection" is there then, if the order data can go to anyone on a social network, and I, the real recipient, remain without a parcel?

Employees are rude, yell, address unfamiliar adults as "you", demand chocolates from regular customers for the proper provision of services, demand payment in cash for courier packages, which are free of charge under the contract. The only advantage is that they work until 21:00. When other sdeks start working before 21:00, this sdek will lose its only advantage.
