08.09.23 I was in a hurry to pick up the parcel before 20.00, it seemed that I would not have time for literally a minute or two. I decided to call and ask to stay for 2 minutes, the employee refused. But I made it and was at the already closed doors at 19.59, the door is closed, the light is not on. There is no answer to the phones. An "excellent" approach, the same to you.

I am waiting for documents with a limited validity period, they promised 3-4 days, 8 have passed. And on 19.09 it was closed, and there was an announcement for technical reasons, I arrived at 19.00, but there were no notifications 30 minutes before the opening.
