Although all these services are available on the site and were added for a lot of money to the order. Absolute incompetence, inability to communicate with the client, rudeness and rudeness. The support team has been trying to resolve the issue for a week. But I couldn't do anything. As a result, I called another delivery, the bulky cargo was picked up without any problems the next day, and delivered to Moscow on the 2nd day. They weren't rude, they weren't rude, they packed everything themselves and brought it to the transport. And the cost is 3!!! three times lower than in the SDEC.
