So, after the last drop, I got to the review on this item. And so on in order. Parking is a huge problem at any time of the day or night, preferably on foot. The sign about what and where has almost rotted away in the sun. Now about the staff, this is not the first time that problems have arisen with shipping from this particular point, either their contents are incorrect and not stacked properly, or they cannot sell the box separately so that they can pre-pack and understand what can be put. They referred to the rules that the employee could not find within 3-5 minutes. Another employee tried to explain something unintelligibly and received only excuses from him for all my arguments.

Russia-Belarus are working. This is the only advantage. But the quality of the services provided is DISGUSTING. I delivered the cargo to Minsk twice. Naturally, everything is paid for, but delivery to the address is a problem for them. They delay the time twice until the end of free cargo storage and at the same time without once calling the customer. I have to chat with employees who do not know the information myself. With the only answer to all the questions, "I have transmitted the information, expect to be contacted within days" Is it okay? The main thing is that the money was cut down, and then how it goes. If this happens again, I will complain to the city executive committee.

It rings in 15 minutes. "I'm here." I explain: - I'm at work, I can't come. The courier hung up. No one else contacted, something cannot be solved in the chatbot, they require a Russian phone number. ( quote from Lavrov ) how did I get a Russian phone number in the Republic of Belarus? In general, it's better not to contact SDEK.

The worst delivery I've ever met in my life. The parcel lay for 4 days in an unknown place, the courier did not even try to deliver it. I called support 3 times, couldn't answer any questions. I ordered a parcel from Russia to Minsk. It arrived in Minsk quickly, but as a result it lay at the sorting point for almost 2 weeks. At the same time, I called 3 times and asked how things were going. I got the impression that if I hadn't called, it would have been even longer. The delivery was ordered by courier, but in the end, in order to speed up, I had to replay and order to the pick-up point. What was especially frustrating was that after the first call, we agreed to bring it by courier the next day. I sat at home for a day, waited, no call or letter, called myself, first they said that they still had to wait, and then called again, they said that the goods were not even shipped to the courier ((( spent In general, it's worth calling, finding out, the guys at the call center are good, they told everything, helped in any way they could. The package arrived without jambs.

I used to work with this courier service as a legal entity and everything was fine, but then I had to use it as an individual and this fiasco: I left a request and hoped for a good job for old times' sake, but it wasn't there. the courier arrived for the cargo, but considering the cargo dangerous for transportation, he unilaterally refused transportation. 8 days pass, I fill in the invoice number for tracking and ... no one has taken the cargo so far... Moreover, no ONE informed the client, that is, me, about this! What kind of service is this?! Disgusting attitude towards the customer, which does not correspond to high prices. I was waiting for the departure, an SMS came - come to Kirila Turovsky. Arrived. It turned out that they did not have the parcel, but it was located on Kiselyov. It was no longer possible to go to Kiselyov that day, and due to the situation, I now live 20 km from Minsk, I work remotely, I try to visit the city no more than once a week - all plans were violated. As a result, they did not apologize, they said "It's not our problem, it's not us SMS helmet, it's automatic," but promised to figure it out and call. I did not wait for the call, I called the help line for 2 days myself, they fed me breakfast, in the end I still had to go to Kiselyov. This is not the first time I have used their services, but apparently in the future I will contact other companies. Energy, for example, is much cheaper and there have never been any problems with them.

Although it is much better than dragging a huge and, as luck would have it, heavy parcel to the car. Well, at least drops of blood from knocked down legs (see the whining above) will lead to the car.
