The most terrible delivery service! The parcel arrived in Minsk on December 23, 2024, delivery by courier, no one contacted me! She began to specify when the courier would be, agreed on the date and time of delivery, and lo and behold! On the appointed day, the courier did not arrive, and the delivery is scheduled from 10 to 18, i.e. you wait for the courier all day on a leash, but his working day ended at 18.00 and he did not come to you and did not even warn you about it!!!! You contact customer support again and reschedule the date and say that you don't intend to wait for the courier for the second time all day (everyone has things to do on New Year's Eve) and ask them to specify the delivery time, but unfortunately no one arrived by that time, but only after an hour and a half!!! Courier delivery, I believe, should simplify people's lives, not complicate it, and note that money is paid for it!!! I would never recommend this delivery service to anyone!!! I also need to put a star so that it's clear whether I liked it or not! I write I did not like the word movsem!

Russia-Belarus are working. This is the only advantage. But the quality of the services provided is DISGUSTING. I delivered the cargo to Minsk twice. Naturally, everything is paid for, but delivery to the address is a problem for them. They delay the time twice until the end of free cargo storage and at the same time without once calling the customer. I have to chat with employees who do not know the information myself. With the only answer to all the questions, "I have transmitted the information, expect to be contacted within days" Is it okay? The main thing is that the money was cut down, and then how it goes. If this happens again, I will complain to the city executive committee.

We are tired of your machinations with courier delivery. Sdec stands for express courier delivery service, not pick up the parcel yourself)). You will decide how to use your own phrases and abbreviation, otherwise people will get confused. We order a courier, and an SMS comes - pick it up yourself and find it yourself where))). I ordered a parcel from Russia to Minsk.
It arrived in Minsk quickly, but as a result it lay at the sorting point for almost 2 weeks. At the same time, I called 3 times and asked how things were going. I got the impression that if I hadn't called, it would have been even longer.
The delivery was ordered by courier, but in the end, in order to speed up, I had to replay and order to the pick-up point.
