But it didn't happen, because the employees (well, at least one for sure) of this PVZ, fortunately for me, are well aware not only of the list of prohibited items, but also of the exceptions, and it turned out to be quite easy to upload the extracts to Viber as a file. The SDEC service in Minsk is a disgusting service and disrespectful attitude towards customers. I use the services very often and there have always been problems with the courier service. After receiving an order for delivery, I had to deliver and not notify about it, and after 7 days I didn't even try to do my job.Sending a parcel is the same problem, the courier keeps it for weeks, and after 7 days it is sent.Managers accept the claims, but no one solves the issues!If it is possible to use another service, then it is better to choose an alternative, since there is no trust that everything will be fine with your shipment!

I want to complain about the actions of the SDEK delivery service staff. On September 15, I received information about the receipt of the parcel, my contact phone number was indicated in the accompanying documents for the parcel, and I personally provided my passport to confirm my identity. When contacting the operators of your delivery service, I handed them my passport and gave them the unique parcel number. Despite this, the staff refused to give me the parcel, citing the fact that the recipient's last name was missing from the documents, but only the first name was present. Moreover, the operators reported that in this case (if the name matches) they can appropriate other people's parcels, which is a gross violation of the law, transportation rules and ethics. I demand a thorough investigation of this incident. Provide official explanations and evidence of the reasons for the refusal. Ensure that all rules and ethical standards are followed when working with clients. To warn employees about the inadmissibility of such actions in the future. This incident not only violates my rights as a customer, but also calls into question the reputation of your company. This appeal will also be duplicated in the MARCH of the Republic of Belarus in order to obtain a description of the acceptable behavior of your operators towards customers.

They couldn't explain the reason for the non-notification on the phone, they refused to extend the shelf life for a couple of days, during the conversation the girl started being rude, saying I don't owe anyone anything at all, this is not my problem. As a result, because of the SDEC jamb, the parcel goes back, I will return the money for the goods in a couple of months at best.

I am sure that it is possible to arrange for another person to take delivery. But if your phone is broken/lost/ was specified incorrectly, that's it. No one will even try to bring the goods to the specified address. Finito. "We have paws, we can't, write a request to change the number to the sender. Not responding? Well, then he doesn't answer." And it doesn't matter that you can download the application linked to the number, and it doesn't matter that you can specify the time and place of delivery on the website. You don't have a phone number - you don't exist. The phone number is the main identifier of you as a customer, as an individual, as a citizen. And not at all passport data and place of residence (delivery). I repeat, the experience is purely personal. But such an emphasis on having a phone number is fundamentally the wrong approach.
