I live in Uruchye and I don't know what I would do if it weren't for the checkpoint at Lozhinskaya 20. The staff is always friendly, I have been sending parcels since 2020, there are even familiar faces from those times, although most often the girls gain experience and go somewhere higher to work. We bring parcels according to the contract and there have never been any questions or complaints. It is especially pleasant when you are already recognized and appreciated as a regular customer. The parcel was sent on 12/20/2023. They took the money for delivery to the apartment, they said it would arrive within 5-7 days. The parcel went for 8 days, was delivered to an inconvenient pick-up point for me (they had to go home!!!). The call center said: due to the large number of orders, we cannot deliver home, we can only bring them after 03.01.24. I asked for a refund for the difference for delivery to the pick-up point, they refused me. The package weighs almost 7 kg, I had to carry it myself As a result, I paid more for the delivery. 20 minutes in line to pick up the parcel. The pick-up point said that they were not related to couriers and needed to call the call center. In the call center, after 5 minutes of dialing, they said to file a complaint with feedback, you need to contact the pick-up point. Why do you say deadlines that you don't meet? Why do you charge money for services that you don't provide? Why are you redirecting Clint to each other and don't want to accept the complaint?
