When I received the parcel, I wanted to show a copy of the original certificate, but they demanded the original from me. I spent half an hour of my life trying to follow him and come back. The employee had not heard about the usual human attitude. I wanted to write it all in the complaint book, but she went out for a long smoke break and I didn't want to waste time waiting for her either.
