A female employee of SDEK, who worked on 12/01/2025, came across as very principled. When sending the parcel, the sender indicated my last name before marriage, because it fell to him automatically. When I received the parcel, I wanted to show a copy of the original certificate, but they demanded the original from me. I spent half an hour of my life trying to follow him and come back. The employee had not heard about the usual human attitude. I wanted to write it all in the complaint book, but she went out for a long smoke break and I didn't want to waste time waiting for her either.

I have never been able to figure out how the stores send their parcels to me without opening the factory box, which the employee insistently demanded of me because of the goods dangling in it. Open the original packaging and stuff the films in there! I was offered to check the quality of the packaging by throwing the parcel on the floor from 1.5 meters. As a result, the shipment was refused, because the employee did not want to take responsibility, referring to the sloppiness of their couriers, who can do whatever they want with parcels. There was not enough bubble wrap around each item + filler in the box where it all lay. Analogies and a bunch of examples for clarification didn't help. With it, even to send expensive perfumes, you need to open the package and stuff something in there, because the glass case is dangling in the box - it can break. It should not hang out =) Thanks to the existence of alternative services, as well as other points with adequate staff. ---- Of the remaining advantages: 2 employees work constantly. Acceptance and delivery without delay (but now not always). If you are served by a guy, there will be no problems, and there are various solutions for any situation.
