An extremely unpleasant experience. This is the second time in this section of the SDEC that unclear services (item "other") are included in the receipt, which employees cannot explain. They impose paid packaging if they have their own. I consider this a systematic violation of the client's rights. I leave a negative review until the practice is discontinued.
