And they smile sincerely! These are not young people with glued smiles. It is clear that the employees are happy for the common cause. They rarely come to this area, but I always go to this store. We ordered the cutting of 2 sheets of chipboard on August 1. They said it would be ready on August 5-6. We arrived on the 6th, it turns out there is no order yet- it will be on Friday, August 8th. Well ok. But the order was not received on the 8th either. Rescheduled for Monday-Tuesday, August 11-12. And, according to tradition, there is no order! They told me to come on August 13th. The situation has changed. The order is there, the car has arrived, but they can't unload it - they have a check! They say, come on the 14th, we'll definitely give it back. And voila, on the 14th they can't unload the car, the check still gets in the way. But on the 15th, it's definitely mysterious. Is that what it's called?! Is it really impossible to complete an order in 2 weeks? Or at least to announce specific dates. If they had initially said the deadline was 2 weeks, they would have decided to either wait or look for other options. And here they just fed us breakfast... and it's not a fact that everything will be ready on the 15th. It's a very unpleasant story. Nowadays, organizations are fighting for a client, but here they are scattered. So, when ordering a saw, keep in mind that the waiting time may increase significantly.
