I called to clarify the availability and in what condition, whether there are defects and it is in the packaging. As you may have guessed, I was told on the phone that all the "chains" are right in the film and there are no defects. I arrive after standing in traffic jams and spending a lot of time on the way. In the store, the countertop is, as requested, set aside for me. I think aye, well done, what good, take care of customers. I come up and immediately see a HUGE crack and a piece of wood is missing in the countertop, yes in the film, but with a factory defect. How angry I was at them. I ask who I talked to, who postponed it. The guy said he didn't know, although I recognized his voice right away. In general, I do not recommend calling and asking, even when buying, you should not consult. Only look at the place if you really need to, and so.....
