Beautiful view from the balcony) 10 minutes to the beach. Two swimming pools - on the 1st and last floors On the downside, they promised a Jacuzzi on the balcony when booking, but in the end it didn't exist. The hotel is located on an elevation, there is a decent slide for climbing

Some condos require renovation. The entrance is just tin, the mountain is just sheer, the climb to the sedan is just adrenaline. But in general it's not bad.
