Cozy and nice place for coffee. Good choice of snacks and pastries. BUT such a sloooow and unresponsive staff… always unbelievably long wait time even if there is no wait line at all. Maybe staff needs some motivation/training to make sure guests aren’t waiting for 15! mins for their coffee when no one else is in there. Staff is talking to each other, chatting, sitting in their phones… saw the situations when people cancelled their order because it’s just unacceptable to wait for so long. Other then wait time no objections.

The place is wonderful, I often go, the coffee is very tasty, the guys checked the espresso setting before serving more than once, it's clear that they are trying and it's worth it. The interior is great, you can also sit outside. But the staff at the checkout is clearly not happy to be in such a place. Rolled eyes, no contact with the client, you still need to try to earn a greeting.
Overall, the place is wonderful! I want sincerely bright people in such an institution.

We were at the cafe on February 4th. I have not seen such poor service for a long time, especially in such a cozy area where everyone tries to give each other warmth and a smile.
Two girls worked that day, who always sighed at any question asked and rolled their eyes when the guest did not have coins to make it easier for them to calculate. In general, a fairly cozy cafe, which has great potential, but has terrible service. I hope the owners of this institution will see this review and do their best to reconsider the choice of staff, which greatly affects the development of your business.

I was left in a very pleasant mood after visiting this cafe!! The staff is fast, polite, sociable!!
The coffee is wonderful, it does not taste bitter and there is no feeling that water. The pastries are fresh!!! The desserts are wonderful!! Especially the sandwiches, the bread is fresh and delicious, the vegetables are fresh, the filling is too!!
This is the best place!! The atmosphere is cozy, especially when the sun is just like at home) I've been going there for a year now and I can tell you exactly everything as an expert))

Previously, you could drink delicious coffee here. Now I recommend prosto kava and Varka, they are very close. Especially if you take coffee with you.
After my friend made the order, they told me "Let's do it later" and turned away. The owners, apparently, save a lot on staff, orders are carried out by one person. And even on a weekday morning it is difficult to have breakfast here. The guy at the counter is "in the soap", he can't say hello, people stand in line for ~ 15 minutes while the person with his back to them executes the order.
As a result, we waited for a friend's order after 30 minutes, in parallel, the owners of the coffee shop made coffee, and I left with nothing.
It's good that there is a Varka in 5 minutes :)

I stopped by to work. Despite the fact that there were a lot of people, the barista brought my coffee and sandwich very quickly. It's nice when both the time and the quality are at the highest level. The cappuccino is very tasty, I took a sandwich with chicken, just a top! I recommend the place and I will come back more than once!

Отличное кафе: широкий ассортимент как кофейных напитков, так и различных способов заваривания кофе. Большое разнообразие зерна от разных обжарщиков и из разных стран на любой вкус, цвет и аромат. Вкусные печеньки и суфле которые тают во рту. Грамотный персонал, который знает свое дело.

Очень классная кофейня! Красивый интерьер, вежливый персонал, вкусный кофе. Когда бываю в Новой Боровой неприменно захожу за кофе именно сюда. Всегда чисто, убраны столики после других посетителей. Плюс кофейня догфрендли, лично для меня это тоже огромный плюс 😊

Просторное светлое место с приветливыми баристастами. Люблю заходить сюда. Не многолюдно. Кофе вкусный. Из минусов - отсутствие розеток и отсутствие сиропов, но для меня не критично. 9/10

У них почти никогда не бывает людей, а это то, что нужно! Обожаю их, и когда проезжаю мимо обязательно захожу вкусить чашечку чего-нибудь вкусненького!
Сам кофе делают топ!
Пироженки около 8 р/шт, что, наверное, дорого. Но они потрясающие!!!!
Сластенам так же на заметку: рано утром за пироженками не идите, их привозят, как я понял, после 11

Очень долгое обслуживание.
Вместо того, чтобы готовить кофе и отпустить клиента, девушка болтает, разбирается с кондиционером и рассчитывает сразу всех клиентов, хотя логичнее и быстрее - это делать по одному клиенту. Время ожидания составило 30минут…
Матча была не матчей. По вкусу чувствуется только молоко и вода. В итоге совершенно не поняла за что я заплатила деньги..

Приятная музыка, улыбчивая бариста и вкусный чай)
Своя выпечка: ели только приготовленные круассаны с нутеллой. Очень вкусно!
Из еды только пирожные, круассаны и булочка, но это куда больше, чем в других кофейнях НБ.

Не розеток :(
Очень люблю работать в тихих кофейнях и заодно попивать кофеек с вкусняшками. В этой кафе, видимо, не любят таких завсегдатаев, потому розетки лишь около одного столика. Потому иду в соседние заведения. В воскресенье уже два раза ловила почти полное отсутствие десертов. Очень скудно. Но вот кофе правда вкусный.
