I've never written reviews, but it just boiled over! The location of the hotel is good, the breakfast is also nothing...That's probably all! The three of us had a rest. Me, my husband and my child. We checked into a room with a view of the construction site, it was good that there were holidays and the builders started their work after our departure. First, the toilet was covered, then the safe did not open, when trying to call the reception, it turned out that the phone was not working ((I had to go there! The safe was opened by almost the entire hotel within an hour and a half! Upon arrival, you are given only one electronic key, requests to issue a second one were met with a harsh refusal (my husband went kayaking every day and we had to constantly be in touch so that he could enter the room, since he did not have a key)! There were three of us, but towels and other hotel supplies were left for two! Moreover, every time they asked housekeeping to leave everything for three, they didn't sweat it and left it for two! As a result, I got tired of asking, and we lived with sets for two), the cleaners start rattling their carts at 7 a.m. and do not worry at all that many are still asleep, loudly knocking on the door at 8 a.m. and then every 30 minutes! Well, the apotheosis of everything was, of course, the pool! The sun beds have been occupied since early morning with towels, and there is no one on the sun beds, just all the sun beds are covered with towels, like I took them, do not touch them, and the people who took them, apparently, went to eat, drink, swim in the sea, walk, relax in the room ... well, and so on! It was saved by the fact that when people come to the pool and wind around 20, the guys working at the basik simply tear off, in their opinion, stale towels and offer to lie down on them! And the day before I left, they almost threw fists at me when I decided to remove two towels from the sunbed, which had been empty for a long time...and then it started.... from all the nearby sunbeds, threats fell on me that there would be a scandal now, that people were occupying sunbeds at 5 a.m., and so on.. in short, unless they just knocked out the name and dates of arrival and departure on the sunbed ((someone even shouted: beat her! As a result, the "owner" of this sunbed came up and said that it was actually his, but he was still going on business for the hotel (to eat, drink, shop...) Well, when he comes back, he still needs a lounger! In general, no comments!
