I arrived on Friday at 9 a.m., waited until 10 a.m. for the operators to arrive, made an order, explained everything that it was urgent and needed to be done as soon as possible, paid in advance. When asked when it would be ready, I was told, "We'll do it before 6 p.m. today, or come back on Monday morning." Without a second thought, I paid for their services and arrived on Monday at twenty minutes to 10. And you know what? They had just started printing my design by 10 a.m. They were printed for 3.5 hours. 3!!! And it should have been ready on Friday! I was heartbroken when they typed it in half, but it was wrong. Some of the cards simply lacked a design, the a6 instructions were 3 pages in size, and the pages were mixed up. Some of the cards were just underprinted and I had to sign them myself right there. Not only is the seal wrong and dark, but they were cut out unevenly for me. 😭😭😭 I didn't have time to redo it, so I had to pick it up as it was. I regretted that I gave the money, it's not worth it, what they did to me. If you want to save your nerves and money, look for another printing company.
