The bed is comfortable, the pastel linen is clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, superficially, the floors seem to be washed, but they remain just as dirty) There are a lot of storage places, the Internet worked perfectly, the TV seems to be without Russian channels (but it's not really needed there) For drying clothes, many people bring a rope with them and stretch it on the balcony, we dried it on hangers, which is also convenient. On the 21st floor there is a small swimming pool and several sun beds, the view is beautiful) and a room for coworking. On the 3rd floor, breakfast is served from 6.30 to 9.00. The breakfasts are good (we don't compare them with Turkey and others), there is a choice and you definitely won't stay hungry. Every day you can choose from several fruits, delicious garlic bread, pasta/rice, soup, pancakes, fried eggs, herbs/vegetables, and sausage-type cuts. We came at 6.30 and 8.00 and there was always enough food) Beach towels can be taken at the reception (like from 10.00 to 16.00) , The administrators are very nice and helpful, always trying to help despite the language barrier. We had a problem with the toilet in our room, it was solved in 15 minutes) And there was also a problem with the safe, it was solved immediately after coming up to the room with us.. We just decided to try entering a 3-digit code in the safe (don't do that, you need 4)) The beach is about 7-10 minutes away, and there are many tourist shops nearby with essential goods, souvenirs, clothing, and more. There are also many places where you can have a delicious meal, and there are reviews for everything on Google Maps. There is also a self-service laundry across the street, convenient and fast)

The room was on the 5th floor, and there was no view from the window (only hotels and hotel roofs), but it didn't bother me, since I spent very little time in the room. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The room is large, the bed is huge, the refrigerator (replenished, but for a fee), the TV (1 Russian channel). The safe has a password, but I didn't use it. The money was in the suitcase, nothing was missing. For 10 days, the bed was changed a couple of times, towels daily, disposable soap and paper, were constantly reported. We cleaned the room every day, usually while you were away. They always gave me two bottles of water, only in a glass container, which must be returned. Therefore, it is not convenient to take to the beach with you, or pour it into plastic. One disadvantage, but this is in almost all hotels - there is nowhere to dry clothes after the beach, but I adapted. Beach towels are provided at the reception under the signature from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are also bathrobes and flip-flops in the room, but they are worn out. The dining room is on the third floor, there is a choice. The breakfasts are varied, depending on what you put on your plate. There are always empty seats. There are many cafes near the hotel for every taste and budget. There is also a mini-shop. Its prices are cheaper than 79 mart. The local Saigon beer was the cheapest there. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed at Seana from July 1-21, 2025, a cozy hotel with small rooms, friendly staff, about 5 minutes drive to the sea, room cleaning was carried out daily, towels were changed daily.Meals- standard Asian breakfasts: pho soup, pancakes, fried eggs, vegetables, fruits, everything is modest, but you can have a nice breakfast, a huge disadvantage is that the coffee at breakfast is simply disgusting, provided that Vietnam produces one of the best coffees in the world. Overall, the hotel and staff left a pleasant impression, clean, cozy, comfortable, and affordable.
