A very good location for inexpensive accommodation in Tel Aviv. Near the beach, pedestrian areas, cafes.
The hotel itself is old, the rooms are very small, the furniture, plumbing have served their time for a long time, the cleaning is average, the breakfasts are of the economy category.
I recommend this option with an excellent location in terms of price / quality, if the comfort of the room is not the main thing for you and there is no desire / opportunity to overpay.

We spent 5 days here. The location is perfect, especially if you plan to go to the beach. In addition, there are plenty of shops, cafes nearby, and you can safely walk to the city center.
The hotel, of course, is extremely modest, without the slightest pretensions to sophistication. If desired, you can find a lot of defects, scuffs, etc. The room is quite cramped, especially the inability to use the closet normally was depressing. But the bed and mattress turned out to be quite comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was sufficient, the air conditioner worked well.
It was quiet and peaceful at night.
Breakfast was not amazing, but there was nothing to scold for.
The staff is polite and helpful. We talked in English + there was one Russian-speaking young man, very, very kind. Overall, the impression is positive!

The hotel can be said to be on the second line from the sea. A little "tired", but if you only spend the night in it, and the rest of the time you get to know Israel and Tel Aviv, then God be with him. Breakfasts leave much to be desired. I was lucky, on the day of departure, I was given a late check-out from the hotel completely free of charge. In my opinion, it is a good price-quality ratio. Definitely to the recommendation.
