A very good location for inexpensive accommodation in Tel Aviv. Near the beach, pedestrian areas, cafes.
The hotel itself is old, the rooms are very small, the furniture, plumbing have served their time for a long time, the cleaning is average, the breakfasts are of the economy category.
I recommend this option with an excellent location in terms of price / quality, if the comfort of the room is not the main thing for you and there is no desire / opportunity to overpay.

The hotel is not bad for its money, it had a competitor, but it is for sale now. Advantages: proximity to the sea
Nice rooms
Minus: mamad on the 1st floor. There is only one elevator

If the booking was cancelled through no fault of our own, we refused to refund at least any amount. Although we also provided documents about the reason for the cancellation. With a full prepayment, they took the entire amount for themselves, and for food, etc. They took advantage of our situation and profited by literally robbing people. I think it's not ethical on their part. Let's have a fine in the amount of the first day for cancellation, let's for the second day, let's half the cost of the reservation... but to take the WHOLE amount for yourself is a robbery...I do not recommend these, in my opinion, not honest people. It's better to deal with decent people.

We spent 5 days here. The location is perfect, especially if you plan to go to the beach. In addition, there are plenty of shops, cafes nearby, and you can safely walk to the city center.
The hotel, of course, is extremely modest, without the slightest pretensions to sophistication. If desired, you can find a lot of defects, scuffs, etc. The room is quite cramped, especially the inability to use the closet normally was depressing. But the bed and mattress turned out to be quite comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was sufficient, the air conditioner worked well.
It was quiet and peaceful at night.
Breakfast was not amazing, but there was nothing to scold for.
The staff is polite and helpful. We talked in English + there was one Russian-speaking young man, very, very kind. Overall, the impression is positive!

A good hotel in terms of price/quality. The sea is within walking distance. The furniture is shabby, but much is compensated by the attitude towards the guests and responsiveness to any wishes and requests.

The hotel can be said to be on the second line from the sea. A little "tired", but if you only spend the night in it, and the rest of the time you get to know Israel and Tel Aviv, then God be with him. Breakfasts leave much to be desired. I was lucky, on the day of departure, I was given a late check-out from the hotel completely free of charge. In my opinion, it is a good price-quality ratio. Definitely to the recommendation.

The apartment is in a very good location! It's really a 5-minute walk to the sea with two small children! There are a lot of supermarkets nearby, almost all of them speak Russian! The central market is 7-10 minutes away on foot! The apartment is in good condition! In general, the price-quality ratio is five points)

I rested here in the 11th year, 7 minutes to the sea, near Dizengoff and Allenby
