Great mini hotel. The cleaning is good, although the Deluxe room had a weak air conditioner... the increased size of the refrigerator, mini w/w cola and sprite + mini chips and mini nuts were replenished every day for free. Shampoo, shower gel, hats, and even toothbrushes with toothpaste are available. On the ground floor you can have a delicious lunch and dinner. The breakfast is mostly monotonous, as in all hotels, Thai (and not only) edible! The staff is friendly, the pool is cool because the sun doesn't get there much. The area is quiet and windy. It takes at least 30 minutes to get to the center on songteo.

That's a great joke. We just returned home from it today. The price corresponds to the quality. The rooms are good, the staff is excellent. No one was asking for tips. We took them with 3 meals a day, as it was our first time abroad and we didn't know much. We didn't spare a minute. They were fed for slaughter, the portions are large, they do not spare meat and shrimp. The menu is not big, but it is delicious and satisfying. We stayed there for 7 nights, we liked everything. The views are amazing. They put us in room 203 with a direct view of the bay, they didn't ask for an extra charge for it.

We had a rest at the end of September 2025. I liked the hotel, it's not big, it's not new. But very clean and with friendly staff. The breakfasts are not bad, the choice is not rich, but the food is delicious. There is a small swimming pool. Great location, near a pharmacy, 7/11, a night market with live music and lots of goodies. "Tuk tuk" we drive right outside the hotel. Like it

Excellent location of the hotel. The beach is across the street, within walking distance of the night market, Semerochka and bars. Tuk tuks travel near the hotel, but it's better to walk a little towards the center to the street where most tuk tuks turn around. Decent breakfasts. The only negative that comes to mind is that in a room with a sea view, if it is on the 2nd floor, it will rather have a view of the wires (Asia, after all)

Excellent hotel, caring and helpful staff.Always ready to help if they "understand what you want" (Thai) The hotel is located primo opposite Jamtien beach conveniently, cross the road and you're on the beach. The sea is warm and affectionate, I don't want to go out. ). The room is clean and smells nice (smoking is prohibited) and was cleaned every day. There is a large selection of dishes for breakfast, this can be said for lunch and dinner at the same time. The dining room has a beautiful view of Pattaya and the sea. Now I advise you not to store food in the room only in the refrigerator, otherwise local small ants will resort. Therefore, it is advisable to clean up even the garbage every day. Especially leftovers.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms are cozy. Cleaning is daily. Every day they leave a bottle of 0.5 liters of water, which is very important in hot conditions. Breakfast is not super varied, but you can diversify yourself if you do not take everything from a row every day. The sea is nearby. There is a pharmacy, shops, and a night market on the corner. There is a rocking chair on the balcony. One of the disadvantages: there is no adjacent green area where you can sit in the evening, there is too much bleach in the pool. In general, I recommend it. I liked the hotel, it was clean, everything was brand new, cleaning was done every day, water was daily, towels were changed daily, tea, coffee, everything was there. I also liked the location - it's quieter here than to the center, the beach is wide and cleaner than in the center of Jomtien, near the market, supermarkets, you can buy everything you need and you don't need to go anywhere. The only thing I would do is make a bigger pool so that I can swim when I'm too lazy to go to the island. In general, I recommend the hotel, I would love to return.

Conveniently located away from the bustling center.The sea is within walking distance , close to shops and a night market .The rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle. Cleaning, change of linen and towels daily. Water, tea, coffee are included in the room rate. The staff is polite and friendly I was pleased with the buffet breakfast.
