They came from Russia to see Kazakhstan, swim in the Caspian Sea and try the national cuisine. On July 17, 2024, the girls, the receptionist and the waiter, welcomed us to this restaurant. The waitress girl gave us an accessible consultation on unfamiliar dishes, and, thanks a lot to her, told us where we can walk nearby, where to buy souvenirs. Delicious beshbarmak!!! I avoid visiting this place because of the rude service from the waiters and the tasteless, cold food. When I express my opinion, the staff start arguing as if I have no right to my own opinion. We were made to wait an hour (!!!) beef medallions. During this time, the whole restaurant had already left and we were leaving an almost empty place. The waiter made a 10% discount for the delay, but it did not compensate for the wait, given the time and its price…

For the first time in Aktau, we decided to fly into a restock, which is located near the house, I can confidently say that the kitchen will not leave you indifferent, a frenzied portion of Beshbarmak with osteter. When 1 serving was brought, we thought for three, it turned out to be for one, it was delicious. Musical accompaniment almost every evening, a separate room for hookahs. I'll bet 5. I consider this institution to be one of the best in our city. Their gold is their waiters, they will tell you everything, they will advise you everything, they are very responsive, this is a rarity in Aktau. No. 1 is of course Isa, he has already become an integral part of this restaurant, without him it would not be the same. I strongly recommend the restaurant management to stick with this talented guy.
But there is one thing, this is a singer, I have nothing against him and his talents, but he really interferes with communication. Guests have to literally yell at each other to hear. It would be better if they always played neutral background lounge music. After all, this is not a rock cafe.
